Best Smudge-Proof Budge-Proof Liquid Brush Eyeliner

Born with oily lids, I've always been on the search for smudge-proof liquid brush eyeliners. Using a liquid brush eyeliner suits me more because I like drawing winged liner for my eyes. After using a few eyeliners, I've concluded the top few smudge-proof eyeliners that best suits oily lids. Tried and proven.
#1 Kat Von D Tattoo Liner
Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner is priced (S$32) slightly higher in the market, making it one of a premium eyeliner (at least to my pocket). Out of the three eyeliners, it's on par with the Mote Liner for being smudge-proof on oily lids. It does smudge off slightly after 6 hours or so for me (remember, oily lids). The Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner is somewhat less pigmented than the Mote Liner but it still does a pretty good job.
Last but not least, the Tattoo Liner formula doesn't dry up easily. I've started using it since 3-4 months ago and it still worked well for me.
#2 FlowFushi Mote Liner
2016 was when I first stumbled upon FlowFushi's Mote Liner. It won numerous awards on Cosme, which means that it is widely loved by the Japanese market. When I used Mote Liner, it was probably one of the best eyeliner I've tried. The pigmentation, smudge-proof capabilities on oily lids, the brush precision were all perfect. When I look for eyeliners, being smudge-proof is my number one feature I look out for. And Mote Liner did an extremely good job because it lasted me throughout the whole time I was using it ( > 8 hours).

The only downside of Mote Liner was that the formulae dried up really quick. One of my Mote Liner formulae even overflowed in my makeup case. I've owned around 3 Mote Liners and generally, they lasted me for around 2 months before anything happens to the formulae.
#3 Heroine Make Eyeliner
After using the Mote Liner for a period of time, I felt that I wanted to move on to a more affordable eyeliner as I felt I was spending too much on eyeliner. Heroine Make's eyeliner definitely fitted the bill. It was a highly raved eyeliner by many magazines so I decided to get one for myself.
Notably, although the eyeliner is waterproof, it is not smudge-proof on my oily lids. It lasted me for around an hour or so before it started smudging. That said, the eyeliner has a good brush tip that gives the right precision while using it.
TIP: I used an eye primer to keep my eye makeup on for an extended period of time.
To sum up, my current favorite is the Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner. Although it is slightly costly, I like how it is pretty well rounded in all areas. Nonetheless, the other two eyeliner still does a good job in different aspects!
Note: All smudge tests were done without an eye primer.
